Job description

About The Role

This permanent, full-time Marketing Executive position is based in Dublin, Ireland, offering a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote. The role focuses on supporting marketing operations for LEAP, a leading global provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions and part of ATI, a major international LegalTech company. LEAP has been innovating legal technology for over 30 years and serves more than 100,000 lawyers across small and medium-sized law firms worldwide.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative and small Dublin-based team while engaging with a large international marketing department, providing an excellent opportunity for rapid skill development and exposure to a range of marketing activities including events, digital campaigns, and client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating LEAP's participation in legal industry events and conferences across Ireland, ensuring smooth preparation and onsite execution.
  • Manage logistics for event materials such as merchandise and exhibition stands to ensure timely and efficient setup.
  • Collaborate with event organizers, venue staff, and internal units such as New Business, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Represent LEAP at events by engaging with solicitors and law firm owners, providing information about LEAP without direct selling, demonstrating confidence in initiating conversations.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by contributing to activities across platforms including Pardot, Salesforce, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media channels.
  • Help build, launch, and monitor digital campaigns aimed at generating new business leads, analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with Operations and Customer Success teams to produce clear, engaging communications targeted at current LEAP clients.
  • Promote events, webinars, software updates, and new product features through client communication channels including monthly newsletters.
  • Assist in creating valuable content that helps clients maximize the benefits of LEAP's software solutions.

Requirements

  • Possession of a qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • A proactive and hands-on mindset accompanied by a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Desired but not mandatory: experience with marketing automation or CRM software such as Pardot or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media campaigns advantageous.
  • Previous marketing experience in professional services, legal, B2B, or software sectors is valuable.
  • A valid driving license to facilitate attendance at external events, when necessary.

Benefits

  • Access to a generous professional development fund to support training and career advancement.
  • Private health insurance covering dental and optical care.
  • Monthly gym membership support amounting to €93.
  • Employee assistance program and life insurance coverage.
  • 8% employer pension contribution to secure financial wellness.
  • Membership in PerkBox offering various discounts and rewards.
  • Participation in a Cycle to Work scheme.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus 8 statutory holidays along with enhanced parental leave.
  • One paid day annually dedicated to volunteering for a charity of the employee's choice.
  • A welcoming, friendly, and driven company culture including free healthy breakfast, light lunch, snacks, and frequent social events.
