Job Opportunity
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position plays a vital role in supporting our client's growth. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach, leveraging creativity and curiosity to engage prospects effectively. The company has a strong history of nurturing talent, with SDRs typically advancing to Business Development roles within 18 months.
New hires will participate in the Furza Sales Academy, a three-month program including two weeks of in-person training in Manchester, offering industry-leading instruction and continuous coaching from both Furza and our client to foster confidence and success.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target prospective clients
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and solutions
- Build and maintain authentic relationships with key decision-makers
- Create new business opportunities within public sector and social housing organizations
- Apply consultative questioning and active listening to comprehend client challenges
- Schedule qualified meetings with senior stakeholders and assist senior sales staff during the sales process
- Become a subject matter expert on the company’s offerings and market environment
- Collaborate with team members to exchange ideas and develop innovative strategies
Candidate Profile
- A recent graduate with any degree, eager to dive into the role
