The clients they serve span sectors such as legal, financial services, accountancy, architecture, technology, and healthcare. Services include identifying vulnerabilities, staff training, simulated phishing campaigns, policy implementation for risk control, and incident response when attacks occur.
Opportunity
They are recruiting six confident, professional, and driven sales representatives to expand their customer base. This role offers a chance to rapidly advance your career within a fast-paced, supportive environment.
New hires will participate in the Furza Sales Academy, a role-specific training program culminating in an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. Along with formal education, ongoing coaching and mentorship will be provided by experienced leadership.

- Basic salary of £32000 plus uncapped OTE of £12000

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with a thorough understanding of the company's services and value proposition
- Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to raise awareness and generate interest
- Maintain accurate and current records in the CRM system
- Listen attentively to prospects to identify challenges and priorities in a consultative manner
- Schedule and assist with calls and demos for the senior sales team
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term client relationships
Candidate Profile
- No prior sales experience required as comprehensive training is provided
- High energy, ambition, and strong commitment to a sales career
- Hardworking, determined, with a focus on results
- Self-motivated with resilience, tenacity, and a competitive nature
- Excellent communication skills with a desire to build lasting relationships
- Skilled at building rapport quickly
