Learning and Development

Compensation and Benefits
- A base salary of 30,000 with an additional uncapped on-target earnings potential of 10,000

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and connect with UK letting agents using outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
- Focus on targeting optimal customer profiles instead of high volume outreach
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Business Development and Sales teams
- Conduct initial discussions to understand each prospect's specific challenges and organisational structure
- Manage personal outreach activities, follow-ups, and schedule efficiently
- Maintain accurate and current customer relationship management (CRM) data
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine campaign strategies, messaging, and targeting
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly key performance indicators, using data insights to enhance conversion rates
Candidate Profile
- Comfortable and confident communicating on the phone, especially with business owners
- Inherently curious with solid commercial awareness
- Highly organised, methodical, and persistent
- Driven by goals, career progression, and earnings potential
- Demonstrates resilience and determination
- Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory
