Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing outbound prospecting strategies like cold calling, email outreach, and engaging on LinkedIn. You will identify potential customers across various verticals and articulate the value proposition of VideoSDK’s product suite effectively. The role includes qualifying inbound leads based on their intent and use case, researching target accounts to tailor outreach efforts and increase engagement levels. You will be expected to meet monthly outreach and qualified meeting targets and provide regular updates on lead generation activities and insights.

Qualifications and Expectations

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience ranging from 1 month up to 5 years in sales or customer-facing roles; internships in related fields are considered beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Driven, curious, and enthusiastic about learning developer tools, APIs, and real-time video technologies.
• Confident in making cold calls and managing objections effectively.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email communication tools, or CRM software is advantageous though not essential.
• Self-starting individual with a goal-driven attitude and the robustness to handle rejection.

Salary

The salary range offered for this position is between ₹400,000 and ₹600,000 per annum.
