Role Summary
We are expanding our Sales Development team and seek motivated, confident individuals eager to start a career in Sales and SaaS. - Resilient and persistent, understanding that not every call results in success.
- Curious mindset eager to learn and improve.
- Open and responsive to coaching and feedback.
- Competitive spirit with a drive to excel and advance.
- Collaborative team player contributing positively to the Manchester office environment.
While prior sales experience is advantageous, having the right attitude and potential is equally valued.
Career Progression
As an SDR at IRIS, you will build a solid foundation in B2B software sales including skills in prospecting, qualifying leads, pipeline management, objection resolution, and commercial discussions. Opportunities exist to progress into more advanced sales roles as your expertise grows.
About the Assessment Centre
Successful applicants will be invited to an Assessment Centre at the Manchester office on 14th September from 9:30 AM to approximately 2:30 PM. Candidates should bring their personality and eagerness to build a career as the focus is on potential and communication skills rather than existing knowledge.
Company Culture and Benefits
