Role Overview
This position is part of our Paycheck Plus team inside the Managed Payroll Services division, responsible for executing payroll services on behalf of our clients across multiple organizations. This role involves handling real client payrolls with real accountability, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule every month.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for several Irish clients monthly.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with Irish regulations and GDPR.
- Calculate payroll components such as deductions, benefits, and produce necessary reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for client and employee payroll inquiries.
- Develop and nurture trustworthy relationships with assigned clients.
- Recommend and implement process improvements including efficiency and automation enhancements.
- Participate in broader projects like system upgrades and testing.
Qualifications and Experience
- IPASS accreditation or progress towards achieving it.
- Solid expertise processing Irish payrolls from start to finish.
- Experience managing multiple client payroll portfolios.
- Proficiency with Sage Micropay, payroll journal entries, CSO submissions, and employee benefits.
- Strong command of Excel and Outlook tools.
- High level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills maintaining professionalism and clarity.
- Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative team mentality with readiness to support colleagues.
