About the Role and Company

Joining Brandwatch’s Sales Development team means contributing to building the future of communication by playing a critical role in driving business growth through prospect engagement and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial Brandwatch contact, representing the company to prospective clients.
  • Keep informed on industry trends and the social media environment.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Brandwatch’s brand, business model, and SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to cultivate a robust sales pipeline and generate revenue from new clientele.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong to generate leads and nurture warm prospects.
  • Conduct an average of 100 outbound outreach activities daily aimed at scheduling product demonstrations and initiating sales discussions.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate next steps with sales executives.
  • Participate actively in training and professional development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development (BDR), SaaS sales, or recruitment is preferred; passionate individuals eager to build a sales career are welcome.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Motivated and determined with a positive attitude to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Receptive to coaching and possess strong self-awareness.
  • Collaborative team member who values teamwork to achieve shared goals.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, quota-driven environments with short sales cycles.
