Role Summary
As the initial contact in the sales process, you will engage organizations to identify appropriate solutions addressing their compliance, risk management, and regulatory concerns. Your efforts will focus on generating qualified leads through both marketing efforts and targeted outbound campaigns, reaching decision-makers in industries such as healthcare, education, insurance, technology, and mining.
This position is tailored for sales professionals eager to refine their prospecting capabilities, gain experience in enterprise-level sales, and progress toward a business development role typically within 12 to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify potential business opportunities by analyzing compliance, regulatory, and risk factors faced by organizations.
- Execute focused prospecting initiatives across diverse sectors and market verticals.
- Qualify incoming leads and arrange high-quality appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Maintain accuracy and usability of customer relationship management (CRM) data.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in positions such as Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, outbound sales, phone sales, or appointment-setting roles.
- Have prior exposure to B2B sales environments.
- Demonstrate confidence in engaging with decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers.
- Exhibit high energy and motivation levels.
- Possess strong communication capabilities along with a commercial and strategic mindset.
- Be competitive, resilient, and target-driven.
