Role Overview
This position is centered on outbound sales targeting law firms across Australia. The primary responsibility involves initiating contact with legal professionals via phone to generate new business opportunities, qualifying potential leads, and developing a robust sales pipeline for Business Development Managers. Success relies on building quick rapport, effectively questioning, and confidently engaging key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect law firms using outbound calls, emails, and focused campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with lawyers and legal professionals to identify their requirements and challenges.
- Qualify opportunities and produce high-quality sales leads.
- Arrange product presentations and meetings for Business Development Managers.
- Consistently maintain sales activities and develop the sales pipeline.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to optimize opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software and digital tools to manage activities and track outcomes.
- Leverage AI and technological resources to enhance productivity and engagement with prospects.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation, business development, or similar phone-centric sales roles.
- Excellent communicative ability with confidence in interacting with senior-level decision-makers.
- Demonstrated skill in establishing rapport and steering conversations effectively over the phone.
- Persistence, resilience, and a strong results-oriented work ethic.
- Highly organized with effective time management capabilities.
- Aptitude for learning, openness to coaching, and genuine curiosity.
- An interest in legal, professional services, or technology fields.
Preferred Qualities
- Previous experience engaging law firms or professional services companies.
- Background in B2B sales environments.
