Role Overview
This opportunity marks the launch of Plexus's sales development function, with the new hire being the very first Sales Development Representative (SDR). As part of a growing commercial team, the SDR will spearhead lead generation and qualification efforts, establishing a scalable sales pipeline and impacting the foundational sales processes directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert and qualify inbound leads, scheduling meetings for the Commercial Director and senior Account Executives.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to ideal customer profile accounts using AI-driven research and messaging tools.
- Manage warm and inbound leads rather than cold-calling unrelated prospects.
- Work towards achieving a monthly goal of qualifying 20 meetings.
- Contribute to developing and documenting the SDR playbook.
- Ensure CRM data integrity for reliable team-wide visibility.
