Role Overview and Key Duties

• Keep comprehensive client records and document all sales-related activities systematically.
• Submit detailed plans, schedules, and sales production reports regularly to management.
• Conduct scheduled visits with past, current, and potential commercial clients to secure contracts and host VIP guests at the hotel.
• Work towards meeting or exceeding revenue targets on key accounts by implementing action plans under the Sales Manager’s supervision.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be capable of working autonomously as well as in collaborative team environments.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
