Key Duties

• Attending to the needs of VIP and regular guests by efficiently meeting requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Upholding Sofitel's core values consistently during all daily operations.
• Collaborating effectively as a team member within the bar environment.
• Executing all supervisor-assigned tasks during shifts with competence and excellence.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong enthusiasm and dedication toward serving guests while adhering to luxury service standards.
• Prior bartending experience, preferably within a hotel bar setting.
• Strict adherence to hygiene and sustainability protocols as mandated by the hotel.
• Comprehensive knowledge and maintenance of product information for all menu items and inventory to demonstrate proficiency in all responsibilities.
• Possession of a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card.
