Bartender

Position Overview

We are inviting an enthusiastic and proficient Bartender to become a vital part of our vibrant hospitality team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires blending technical skill with warmth to craft exceptional beverages and provide unforgettable guest experiences in a lively, cooperative work environment.

Key Duties

• Create and serve a wide variety of drinks including specialty cocktails, coffee, soft beverages, and spirits with accuracy and innovation.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, ingredients, and bar equipment to ensure top-notch quality and operational efficiency.
• Offer superior customer service by engaging clients in a friendly, professional way while anticipating their desires.
• Keep the bar area organized and clean, manage inventory carefully, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with both front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems responsibly and accurately.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and actively contribute new ideas to improve the bar's offerings and guest satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing shift schedules to meet team and operational needs effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in bartending with proven skills in cocktail making and coffee preparation.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect warmly with guests and foster a welcoming environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of beverage crafting techniques, flavor combinations, and mixology principles.
• Familiarity with bar management systems, POS technology, and proper cash handling protocols.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities with great attention to detail.
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods comfortably during busy shifts.

Preferred Qualifications
