Role Overview

We seek a driven and ambitious Sales Business Development Executive to engage with companies throughout Singapore, identify new sales prospects, and drive brand growth by offering our array of digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business leads or follow up on potential clients who have expressed interest.
• Promote and sell digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, media buying, and strategy development.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored marketing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to serve as their trusted advisor.
• Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and seek emerging business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Servicing teams to ensure excellent client experiences.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system to track sales pipelines.
• Represent PaperCutCollective at networking events, meetings, and related engagements.
• Provide regular updates on sales progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent certification in marketing, business, or related fields.
• Preferred 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Background in digital services or agency environment is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and website development.
