As a Sales Associate, you will be an expert in freshness and customer experience, sharing enthusiasm for baked goods with loyal patrons. No prior experience is necessary — just bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a small team to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with regular customers.
- Manage product merchandising and support marketing campaigns within the bakery.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the bakery and participate in baking production activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrate pride in offering personable and high-quality customer experiences.
- Exhibit a positive outlook and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Be dependable, self-driven, and open to acquiring new skills.
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team and engaging with people.
- Previous retail experience and handling of cash, credit, and debit transactions is advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking continuously during all assigned tasks.
- Regular use of both hands during work activities.
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 7.5 kg; reaching below shoulder level, bending, and turning as needed.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 22 kg, pushing, pulling, crouching, bending, and reaching above shoulder level.
