Job Overview

Due to unprecedented demand, COBS Bread is seeking passionate bakers to join their team and help deliver fresh artisan bread to their community. The bakery prioritizes the health and safety of employees, franchisees, partners, and customers by following strict hygiene protocols and safe work procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of a small team to bake early each morning, following precise recipes and production schedules.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients, shape dough, and operate ovens to produce artisan baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area contributing to an excellent customer experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand or walk continuously during shifts.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 22 kilograms.
• Regularly reach, turn, push, pull, and occasionally bend forward.
• Capable of lifting at least 2.5 kilograms to a height of 1.7 meters.
• Requires regular use of both hands with frequent wrist rotation, flexing, and occasional firm gripping.
