Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service to create a memorable visit.
• Take precise guest orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the lounge's menu, beverages, and specials.
• Actively promote premium food and drink selections to boost sales.
• Ensure the lounge area is clean and tables are properly arranged for guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience, preferably in luxury food and beverage roles.
• Proficient English with clear spoken communication.
• Ability to offer customized service to an upscale client base.
• Knowledgeable about cocktail mixing and wine pairings.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance fitting a luxury environment.
