Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for delivering superior quality and service to guests. This position entails expertly serving beverages and meals, anticipating guest needs, providing menu expertise, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality, professional, and friendly dining experience ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Proactively anticipate and respond quickly to guest requests and concerns, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables swiftly and thoroughly according to established standards.
• Collaborate as a vital member of the Food & Beverage team committed to outstanding guest service.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an outgoing personality and proactive approach toward assigned duties.
• Have good knowledge of food and wine.
• Experience in luxury resorts or hotels is advantageous.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking); Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
