Position Overview
Paramount Hotel invites applications for the role of Front Stage Agent, a vital position responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure. As a frontline representative, you will embody the hotel's brand energy and commitment to memorable hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in process.
- Address guest inquiries and requests throughout their stay with professionalism and efficiency.
- Possess detailed knowledge about the hotel’s facilities, services, and outlets to assist guests effectively.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, including payments, cashiering, and accurate bill settlement.
- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain and update precise guest records using OPERA Property Management System (PMS).
- Anticipate guest needs proactively to create memorable experiences.
- Orient guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
- Support room revenue growth through upselling and maximizing available opportunities.
- Ensure the Front Stage or Guest Services Desk is fully prepared and operational consistently.
- Maintain accurate cashier records, cash float, and complete daily audits.
- Collaborate closely with Front Stage Supervisors, Duty Managers, and other hotel departments to maintain seamless guest service.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in reception, front office, or guest services, preferably within an international 5-star or luxury hotel.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification required; a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German are considered a plus.
- Working proficiency with OPERA PMS.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident, polished demeanor with a guest-focused approach and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Excellent attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to stay composed in fast-paced situations.
