Role Overview

As a Sales Professional, your role centers on enhancing revenue growth and providing outstanding customer experiences within our store. You'll build and sustain a high-performing sales culture by using your product expertise and consultative selling skills. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers by leveraging expert product knowledge and tailoring recommendations across home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and gaming. You will support customers throughout their journey, from initial consultation to after-sales follow-up, and foster strong customer relationships. Achievement of both individual and store sales targets, while ensuring top-tier customer service, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing thorough product knowledge and offering customized advice covering varied categories including entertainment, technology, appliances, and gaming.
• Deliver consultative support throughout every stage of the sales process, including post-sale communications.
• Meet personal and team sales goals while upholding exceptional standards of customer care.
• Contribute to enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand experience through strategic product merchandising and attractive presentation of stock.
• Assist in maintaining efficient stock management and store operations, such as receiving and processing inventory according to store procedures.
• Collaborate with different store departments to maximize sales and improve overall store outcomes.
