Role Overview

As the Entertainment & Media Coordinator, you will foster a culture of excellence focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences specifically in the entertainment and media sections of the store. Supporting Store Management, you contribute to achieving sales goals and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
• Ensure all media and entertainment department operations comply with safety standards, legislation, and store policies, including incident and process reporting.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide excellent service in both physical and online store environments.
• Maintain accurate and fair pricing within the department.
• Train and develop sales staff on media and entertainment products and services.
• Uphold compliance with sales-related laws including the Consumer Guarantees Act and other pertinent regulations.
• Manage inventory, support loss prevention strategies, and control department expenses to enhance financial performance.
• Assist with daily store management duties as needed.
• Commit to continuous learning through training platforms and development programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market changes.
• Establish strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the role and propose improvements to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience in retail operations.
• Proven ability in overseeing or coordinating team activities.
