Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize the back-of-house operations team to maintain smooth, efficient processes while following procedural controls.
• Manage stock flow activities such as receiving inbound goods, returns handling, transfers between locations, and invoice management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and adeptly resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies in all back-end operations, including safe handling of products, equipment usage, and incident documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• A passion for working in a lively and engaging retail setting.
• Experience or knowledge of retail operations focusing on inventory flow and stock management.
• Strong ability to multitask and an acute attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of inventory control and operational procedures.
• Capability to develop and sustain productive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent customer service aptitude aimed at fostering outstanding customer experiences.
