Role Overview

As an Operations Team Member, you will play a key role in managing the back of house operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and delivery of stock, supporting both in-store and online customer needs. Your duties include:

• Adhering to operational procedures and safety standards, with a focus on correct product handling, equipment use, and incident reporting
• Collaborating effectively within the operations team to create a positive customer experience
• Optimizing back of house space through organized stock flow and product storage
• Handling order fulfillment tasks for delivery and click-and-collect orders, including picking, packing, dispatch, and responding to fulfillment inquiries
