Role Description

The Retail Salesperson will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences and supporting the retail team's success across New Zealand locations.

• Provide excellent customer service by understanding individual customer needs with professionalism and friendliness.
• Engage customers proactively by sharing detailed product knowledge and making suitable recommendations to encourage purchases.
• Consistently meet personal and team sales goals through effective selling techniques.
• Stay well-informed about the product inventory and new releases to offer updated information to customers.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations and foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Support merchandising efforts and manage stock to keep the sales area organized and visually appealing.
• Follow company policies and enforce health and safety standards within the store.
