About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role within our store. By leading through example, whether assisting customers or managing warehouse operations, you'll ensure high standards are maintained and customers always feel prioritized. Store Hours

• Monday - Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by embodying excellent customer service standards and guiding customers to the products they need, making their experience seamless.
• Manage store operations including cash reconciliations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and overseeing stock control.
• Foster a team environment that takes pride in their store while having fun and working collaboratively.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing small teams in dynamic, fast-paced retail settings.
• Exceptional at delivering outstanding customer service and converting that into sales success.
• Curious and continuously striving for improvement in the role and store operations.
• Passionate about contributing to the business and its growth.
• Friendly, adaptable, dependable, honest, and committed to hard work.
