The Retail Stocking Supervisor position is a full-time role designed for individuals with recent leadership experience who are eager to advance their career in retail. Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage starts at $22.50 and may vary based on location, expertise, education, and experience. The role also qualifies for a monthly bonus. Eligible employees may participate in the company 401(k) retirement plan, which includes matching contributions.

Paid time off includes up to 152 hours yearly encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and company holidays. Paid sick leave is available up to 64 hours annually or according to applicable laws.

Work Environment and Schedule

The working hours respect associate's schedules within the store operating times from 6am to 10pm. The company is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver professional customer service
• Keep the store safe, tidy, and well organized
• Perform and teach stocking and sales associate tasks across all store areas
• Coach, develop, and manage team members effectively
• Act as Leader on Duty when scheduled
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
