Role Overview

We seek a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Harbor Freight Tools in Orange Park, FL. Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly compensation for this position is $21.50, subject to regional and personal qualifications. In addition, eligible employees may earn monthly bonuses. Our comprehensive employee benefits extend to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and a company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, including paid holidays and floating holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick time unless mandated differently by law.

Working Hours and Culture

Work schedules are designed respectfully within store hours of 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. • Demonstrate and uphold professional customer service standards.
• Ensure the store remains safe, orderly, and clean at all times.
• Gain cross-functional skills by training across all store operations including stocking and sales roles.
• Lead, mentor, and actively develop team members.
• Act as the on-duty Leader when assigned.
• Carry out additional tasks as required by the store management.
