Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage ranges from $24.00 to $26.40, varying by location, expertise, education, and experience. This role offers eligibility for a monthly bonus in addition to a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Associates may join the company’s 401(k) plan with matching contributions and accrue up to 152 hours annually in paid time off, inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave, subject to local law. Work schedules are respectfully managed within store hours (6am - 10pm).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness ensuring an organized environment
• Cross-train across store operations including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
• Act as Leader on Duty per schedule
• Become a subject matter expert in your role and promote positive workplace culture
• Confirm that inventory is properly stocked and accurately priced
• Perform additional duties as needed
