Retail Stocking Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor who will be an integral part of a dynamic, high-achieving team. Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate for this role is approximately $18.50 per hour, which may vary based on location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to hourly pay, this role offers eligibility for monthly bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverages. Employees can participate in the company 401(k) program with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to legal requirements.

Operating hours are respectfully scheduled between 6am and 10pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Maintain a safe, tidy, and well-organized store environment
• Participate in cross-training across store departments, including stocking and sales associate responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Act as Leader on Duty as assigned
• Perform additional duties as necessary
