Retail Manager

Position Overview

Doltone Hospitality Group is inviting applications for an enthusiastic and skilled Retail Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple venues. This role requires leadership excellence and operational expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of managerial experience within fast food or retail sectors.
• Demonstrated capability in leading teams and coordinating staff effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing POS systems and stock management tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills geared towards superior customer service.
• Organizational talents including time management and problem-solving skills.

Main Duties

• Supervise food and beverage selection to align with customer preferences and optimize profit margins.
• Regularly review inventory levels and establish performance benchmarks for stock control.
• Plan and implement marketing promotions to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
• Interact with customers to offer recommendations and uphold exceptional service quality.
• Maintain detailed logs of sales, inventory, and transaction records.
• Oversee budgeting, monitor financial expenditures, and strive to achieve established fiscal objectives.
• Lead staff development through training and performance evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety policies and all food safety and sanitation regulations.
