Compensation and Benefits

Expected pay for this role is approximately $21.50 per hour, subject to variation based on location, expertise, education, and experience. The position qualifies for a monthly bonus and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Work Schedule

Primary Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold professional customer service standards
• Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and well-organized
• Engage in cross-training across all store operation sectors, including stocking and sales associate functions
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Perform any other duties assigned
