Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, varying according to location, skills, experience, and education. This position also qualifies for a monthly bonus. We provide comprehensive benefits covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability. Eligible employees may participate in our 401(k) plan with company match. Associates accumulate up to 152 hours annually of paid time off (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays) as well as up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually, subject to legal requirements.

Work Schedule

Schedules respect operating hours from 6am to 10pm and aim to maintain work-life balance.

Main Duties

• Provide and exemplify outstanding customer service
• Ensure the store remains safe, tidy, and well-organized
• Undergo cross-training to perform all store operation roles, including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Assume Leader on Duty responsibilities as assigned
• Perform additional tasks as needed
