Warehouse Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all daily warehouse activities in our Indore location. This role includes managing warehouse personnel and ensuring efficient handling of receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations on a day-to-day basis and supervise the warehouse team.
• Manage order receipt, storage, and fulfillment including picking and packing of items.
• Oversee and ensure smooth processing of orders from initiation to dispatch.
• Maintain precise inventory control and stock record documentation.
• Regularly carry out physical stock audits to monitor inventory levels.
• Generate detailed inventory, order, and warehouse reports using Microsoft Excel tools.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain warehouse related documents on computer systems.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized properly and complies with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee timely and efficient order completion.
• Handle challenges related to returns, RTOs (Return To Origin), stock inconsistencies, and other warehouse issues effectively.
• Confirm that all orders are correctly packed and dispatched within scheduled timelines.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities alongside excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 18,000 and 20,000 INR.
