Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate for this role is $20.00 per hour, subject to variation based on your location, expertise, education, and skills. Additionally, this role qualifies for a monthly bonus. Paid time off accruals include up to 152 hours per year, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year is provided or as mandated by law.
Working hours are considerate with shifts scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exemplify and ensure professional customer service standards
• Keep the store safe, orderly, and clean
• Receive training across various store functions, including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
• Act as Leader on Duty as per scheduling requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned
