About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Retail Stocking Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals with recent leadership experience who are eager to pursue a lasting career in retail. Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify exceptional customer service standards.
- Maintain a safe, neat, and well-ordered store environment.
- Gain skills by cross-training in various store functions, including stocking and sales tasks.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture the development of team members.
- Assume leadership duties as the designated Leader on Duty when scheduled.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.
Compensation and Benefits
The starting pay for this position is approximately $18.00 per hour, varying by location, experience, education, and skills. Furthermore, this role offers eligibility for monthly bonuses and a broad spectrum of competitive benefits. Employees accrue paid time off up to 152 hours annually covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, subject to applicable laws.
Work Schedule
Shifts are scheduled thoughtfully within our business hours from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, promoting work-life balance.
