Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative duties to support efficient store operations.
• Help drive sales performance and achieve sales targets alongside the site manager.
• Lead and inspire the team by establishing achievable objectives and applying strong leadership and communication.
• Ensure the store adheres to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Exhibit a proactive, can-do mindset and effective communication abilities.
• Work well collaboratively, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting.
• Willing to learn new skills and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
