Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Applegreen Birdhill, you will play a vital role in supporting frontline operations to ensure smooth business functioning and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Site Manager in running daily business operations compliant with the Applegreen Systems Manual.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Assist in driving sales initiatives and meeting sales objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Take charge of site operations during the absence of the Site Director or Site Manager.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar operational or managerial role.
• Demonstrate a proactive, can-do attitude with strong communication skills and enjoy customer interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Thrive in fast-paced working environments.
