Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative duties to facilitate smooth and efficient store operations.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Lead and motivate the team by setting clear, achievable objectives and maintaining effective communication.
• Ensure that store activities comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within retail.
• Positive, proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer interaction.
• Strong team player who supports colleagues and promotes a collaborative working environment.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
• Open to learning new skills and adapting to evolving tasks.
