Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly wage for this position is $19.25, varying based on location, skills, education, and experience. This role also qualifies for a monthly bonus. Eligible employees may join our 401(k) retirement plan with company matching. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, which includes PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year applies, or more if required by local laws.

Working hours respect personal time within the store's operational hours of 6am to 10pm.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify professional customer service standards
• Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and well organized
• Gain proficiency by cross-training in all store operations including stocking and sales associate roles
• Lead, mentor, and support team members
• Act as Leader on Duty according to schedule
• Complete any additional assigned tasks as needed
