We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team at Harbor Freight Tools in San Angelo, TX. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $25.00 to $27.50 per hour, based on location, skills, education, and experience. This position qualifies for a monthly bonus along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage. Eligible employees can participate in the company's 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays. Paid sick leave of up to 64 hours per year is also provided, except where state laws specify otherwise.

Working hours are respectfully scheduled between 6 am and 10 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold professional customer service standards
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Receive cross-training across store operations including stocking and sales associate duties
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Serve as the Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
• Act as a subject matter expert and exemplify the behaviors of a great workplace
• Ensure accurate pricing and stock availability
• Perform other duties as assigned
