Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay rate is $20.75 per hour, subject to variation based on location, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, the role offers eligibility for a monthly bonus. Paid time off accrues up to 152 hours annually, encompassing PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave annually unless otherwise mandated by law.

Working hours are scheduled with respect to the store's operating times, which are 6am to 10pm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide and exemplify professional customer service at all times
• Keep the store environment safe, orderly, and clean
• Receive cross-training in all store operation areas, including stocking and sales associate responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate team members
• Serve as the Leader on Duty during scheduled times
• Perform additional duties as assigned
