Compensation and Benefits

The expected hourly pay is approximately $20.00, varying according to location, skills, education, and experience. This role qualifies for a monthly bonus. Company benefits extend beyond pay, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage for associates and their families. Eligible employees may participate in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Additionally, associates accrue up to 152 hours annually of paid time off covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays, along with up to 64 hours of paid sick leave, subject to local laws.

Work Schedule

Respectful scheduling is maintained, with operating hours from 6am to 10pm. The company observes closures on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify professional customer service at all times
• Maintain the store in a clean, safe, and well-organized state
• Cross-train and support various store operations, including stocking and sales associate tasks
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Fulfill duties as Leader on Duty when scheduled
• Perform other tasks as assigned
