Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay ranges from $25.25 to $27.78 based on your location, skills, education, and background. Eligible employees may also receive a monthly bonus. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; a 401(k) plan with company match; and paid time off that can accumulate up to 152 hours annually, including floating holidays and paid holidays. Paid sick leave up to 64 hours per year is also provided or adjusted as required by law.

Working Conditions

Work schedules are thoughtfully set within store operating hours from 6 AM to 10 PM. The company closes on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and ensure excellent customer service standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment
• Gain cross-functional expertise by training in stocking, sales associate duties, and other store operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members effectively
• Act as Leader on Duty during scheduled shifts
• Be a subject matter expert and embody behaviors that make the workplace great
• Ensure products are adequately stocked and correctly priced
• Perform additional duties as assigned
