Role Overview

The Retail Sales Administrator based in Al Ain will support retail showroom operations by managing the entire sales process from quotation to order completion. Reporting to the Area Administration Manager, key tasks include converting quotations into confirmed sales, tracking customer payments, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment, invoicing and dispatch of orders, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Duties also involve managing refunds, returns, petty cash, stock movements, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The position is critical to ensuring showroom efficiency and delivering excellent customer service.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have prior experience in administration and customer service roles, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication. A customer-centric mindset with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities accurately is essential. Candidates must be deadline-oriented, proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating across teams.
