Role Overview

The Key Account Manager based in Abu Dhabi will be responsible for advancing sales and profitability across Sanipex Group's product lines by managing and expanding key client relationships. This involves building confidence with current clients, securing new business, comprehending client requirements, negotiating viable solutions, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires coordination with internal teams to prepare quotations, reports, manage leads and customer data, resolve client concerns, and uncover opportunities for sustainable business expansion. Acting as a brand ambassador, the manager maintains high brand standards and stays informed on product updates and market trends.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and a minimum of five years' relevant industry experience. Confidence, goal-orientation, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage with various organizational levels and multicultural teams. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and client-focused sales abilities are vital to identify customer needs and offer effective solutions. The candidate must be highly motivated to surpass sales targets, perform well under pressure, adapt to evolving market conditions, and proactively counter competition and trends. Collaboration and a strong commitment to personal, divisional, and company goals, alongside delivering exceptional service, are key traits.
