Role Overview
We seek a motivated and customer-oriented Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional showroom experience. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients, providing support both face-to-face and via phone. This role includes front-of-house duties, proactive client interaction, and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless experience and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and manage reception activities including telephone handling, meeting room bookings, and processing mail and courier services.
- Support client engagement by guiding visitors throughout the showroom and assisting with appointments and events.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Assist marketing efforts and support customer loyalty programs to strengthen client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to foster collaboration and efficient event coordination.
- Proficient in using computer applications relevant to customer service and administrative tasks.
- Organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine commitment to service excellence.
- Quick learner adaptable to evolving work demands.
