Role Overview
As a Retail Consultant at our Nelson showroom, you will assist builders, interior designers, and homeowners throughout their renovation journey to realize their ideal bathroom. Your role includes managing customer selections, growing the business through new opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide retail customers in selecting appropriate bathroom products.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage sales processes end-to-end, including quotes, orders, and project tracking through various communication channels.
- Effectively use Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce/C360 to record and plan account activities.
- Engage with clients beyond the showroom by visiting offices and construction sites to understand needs and secure business.
- Maintain a safe and well-functioning showroom in line with established service standards.
- Achieve sales targets and convert inquiries into orders while nurturing existing accounts.
- Represent and advocate for our brands with comprehensive product knowledge.
- Deliver outstanding customer service via showroom interactions, phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Apply company-specific sales techniques to tailor solutions and foster repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members and support showroom operations efficiently.
