Position Overview

As a valued member of the Trade Counter team based in North Wollongong, your responsibilities will be split between delivering products, offering excellent customer service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and performing various duties to ensure smooth operations at the warehouse and trade counter.

Daily Duties

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver parts and products to customers.
• Perform order picking, packaging, and maintain stock control.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the branch and warehouse.
• Deliver helpful customer service and product information both in person and via telephone.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a passion for assisting customers directly and on the phone.
• Able to accurately pick orders, manage shop floor displays, and communicate product details effectively.
• Comfortable with technology and open to mastering new systems.
• Possess a clean, valid driver’s license and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
