Job Overview
Join Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen as a Restaurant Manager, where you will lead daily operations, mentor and train staff, and manage the restaurant's profit and loss performance. You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and all operational procedures are consistently maintained while exemplifying the unique GYG culture and spirit.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong financial and commercial insight with the ability to spot sales trends and manage P&L effectively
- Demonstrated success in achieving key performance indicators

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Additional Information
Base salary is $85,000. Guzman y Gomez is dedicated to maintaining a safe workplace and may require background checks including Police clearance and employment verification during recruitment.
